Canary Wharf apartment remodelling

I loved working with Xami to renovate my property. They took my pinboard and brief and absolutely elevated it to the next level. At first, I was blown away by the original designs and renders he did but then when the build started to take shape, I was even more in love with it all - it looked even better than the renders. Xami designed a home that is a Scandi, modern style that has warmth and a calm atmosphere. The lead designer, Bernard was there to answer any questions at every stage, and was more than willing to collaborate to come to a final design. Working with Xami was by far the easiest and most enjoyable part of getting this renovation done.

Ealing: house refurbishment and extension

We engaged XAMI to help us realise a complete refurb of a 6 bedroom home in Ealing, West London. We chose XAMI mainly for their designs, but were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, great eye for not just design, but also practical solutions. The build included a double height extension, entirely new floorplan on the ground floor digging into the ground floor to create impressive ceiling height, new electrics/heating and full refurbishment. XAMI provided the full plans, the planning application process, selection of the building firm, interior design/ joinery drawings and even some of our furniture picking- amazing all-round service which ensured our vision truly came alive over the build. Bernard was a pleasure to deal with and managed the building firm well, ensuring he only signed off on completed work and checked work diligently to ensure high quality standards throughout. We highly recommend XAMI and would work with them again!

Notting Hill mews house total refurb and basement

We worked with XAMI for the redesign of a residential dwelling in Notting Hill. They were extremely professional in their approach and dealt with the client in a pleasing and confident way. Their vision, design skills and technical ability really shone throughout the project, which was delivered on time and on budget! We thoroughly recommend using XAMI for all architectural design requirements!

Notting Hill house redevelopment

XAMI worked with us on plans for the refurbishment of our Notting Hill house. There were a few really important decisions we had to make. For the living/dining/kitchen area, XAMI provided 3 concept drawings that enabled us to see perfectly which route to take. We also had a lot of bespoke joinery which XAMI detailed beautifully, the end result of which was exactly as we imagined. Tweaks, based on additions and changes we wanted to make, were made promptly and efficiently. I would happily recommend them.
